Pick-up/Drop-off: near U of R and you can request a pick-up and drop-off window.
Delivery: Orders of $100 or more may be delivered/picked up within a 5 mile radius of U of R for an upcharge. Inquire for details.
The standard pricing includes a 48-hour rental window.
Example: Pick-up at 6pm on Friday for a Saturday event. Return by 6pm on Sunday.
If additional hours are needed please reach out for a custom quote.
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons like spring and fall. But if your event is sooner, reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate you! Virginia Sales tax will be applied to all orders.
Yes, a 50% deposit is required with all orders. The balance is due when the items are picked-up or delivered.
